Clearing the Cache on your box can help if an app is running slowly or experiencing any errors. To do this please follow the instructions or watch the video below.
1. Click the SETTINGS tab on your home screen.
2. Click OTHER, then click MORE SETTINGS on the right hand side of the screen.
3. Scroll down and click APPS.
4. Choose the app from which you want to clear the cache.
5. Click CLEAR CACHE. DO NOT CLICK CLEAR DATA ON THE KODI APP! THIS WILL DELETE ALL OF THE DATA STORED IN KODI.
6. You may also click FORCE STOP.
